Open Government
To ensure that government's actions are always transparent and accountable to taxpayers, Governor Charlie Crist created the Office of Open Government in one of his first official acts as Governor of the State of Florida. On January 3, 2007, Governor Charlie Crist issued Executive Order 07-01, holding state government to higher standards of ethical conduct than ever before.
